💭 This Week’s Reminder: Disrupt the Pattern

This week’s Money Mindset Monday post was a big one:
“Don’t just notice the pattern, disrupt it.”
We’ve been tracking our growth habits daily using the Expansion Tracker — and last week’s support activity helped us catch the pattern (those sneaky triggers that try to pull us off track).
But awareness is only step one!
🔄 This Week’s Support Activity: Choose Your Go-To Growth Move 💥
Now that you know what constantly gets in way of your progress, let’s make a plan for how you’ll respond the next time it shows up.
📝 Your challenge: Create a “Growth Move Menu" 👉🏾 with 3–5 small actions that you can take to stay aligned when the urge to fall back into old habits creeps in.
📌 Examples:
If your habit is no impulse spending, Then your moves might be:
✔️Stop and think about the urge. Journal about it if you need to.
✔️Add it to a 24-hour waitlist (Give yourself 24-hrs to determine if you still want to make the purchase.)
✔️Go back through your money goals. Ask yourself how this purchase aligns with your plan.
If your habit is wanting to start checking your account weekly, Then your moves might be:
✔️ Set a phone reminder 🔔 to do it through out your day.
✔️ Pair it with a vibe 🎵 (do it your favorite drink + playlist)
✔️ Say: “I need to be informed and in control of where my money is going.”
